NOTE: due to shipping problems we have had in the past we are no longer delivering tables to the West Coast. 

 Our normal build time for all custom tables is 12 weeks, due to high demand all chairs/stools require 16 weeks. Additionally, all custom orders require a 50% deposit and will be shipped once the balance is paid in full. 

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or print copy if placed in person. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the order for accuracy and report any discrepancies in size, style, color, or shipping information. 
Production times vary depending on product and project scale. If you are trying to hit a specific date, please tell us before placing your order, and we will let you know if it is possible! Your project’s delivery window will be set once the deposit is received. Keep in mind that this lead time does not include shipping.
 
 
 Your completed project will be shipped once the balance is paid in full.                                          
All our tables are custom-made to fit your style & size requirements. We understand that buying custom furniture is a big decision, and we work with every client to set clear expectations of quality, wood character, color, and delivery timing before processing your order. Custom orders are non-refundable following the 3 day grace period from the time payment is received. Once your order is completed, we will send you several photos of the finished product & request the final payment. We will keep up with the delivery & make sure you receive your order in a timely manner. 
 
 
The in-home delivery service can take 2-4 weeks on the East Coast and 10-12 weeks on the West Coast. 
There are some areas of the Midwest in which we cannot offer in-home delivery. Please contact us & we will give you the best shipping options. Our in-home delivery service includes bringing furniture into your home & assembly. No packing materials are left behind.    
 
 
In most cases, the delivery company will not be able to deliver on a specific date.
It is important to understand that this style of service is based on a truckload of furniture loading in NC & being delivered throughout a multi-state area. Each route is pre-determined, with multiple deliveries lined up in a route. They must plan appropriately and efficiently to accommodate every customer at a fair price. For this reason, you are contacted 3-4 days in advance with a delivery date & time frame, normally a 4-hour window. If someone is not available to accept the delivery when they are driving through your area, then in most cases, it will be rescheduled for another trip. Once your table is finished, please let us know if you expect to be away for a number of days within this expected delivery range, and we will be happy to hold onto the table for you.  
 
 
It is very important that you fully inspect the product prior to signing and accepting the order.

After your table has been placed in your home, we ask that you fully inspect the shipment and sign a receipt of delivery acknowledging that the product is correct as ordered and not damaged. If you accept a damaged shipment, you take full responsibility for the cost of the repair or replacement as well as any return shipping charges. This includes major breakage, scratches, chips, splinters, and abrasions not intended in the original product construction. If you reject the shipment due to damage, the cost of the return shipping will be covered by the carrier. Carolina Farm Table will repair or replace your damaged furniture as long as you have followed these return instructions. Repair or refund is at the sole discretion of Carolina Farm Table.

We cannot guarantee that any two pieces will be identical.
Each piece of furniture we produce is individual and unique. We use a variety of new woods as well as reclaimed lumber that may be several hundreds of years old. This wood inherently has less consistency and is more subjective to each individual eye. The beauty in our furniture is not in its perfection but rather in its utility, overall quality, and long-term durability. This applies to individual pieces of wood, knots, wood/stain colors, “character marks” such as nail holes, scratches, open cracks, etc. Our furniture is nonreturnable due to wood movement, knots, nail holes, color matching, open cracks, and other natural features of solid wood construction.
