Our coffee and end tables have our classic farmhouse table design, and like their big brother, they can be custom built to fit in almost any home. Available with 1″ or 1 ¾” thick, plank-style or smooth top with breadboard ends, available in a variety of sizes, you can choose turned or tapered legs. All our table tops are hand planed and finished in a variety of stains, colors, and combinations. Drawers, as well as a shelf below, can be added to help with storage needs.
All lumber is purchased in maximum width and in the rough from local lumberyards. It is carefully selected and milled in our shop. This allows for optimal use in our wood selection, ensuring most of the wood is used in both width and thickness, so there is little waste. We strive to leave as much of the natural character in each piece created. Then we distress and sand all edges for an aged, worn unique one of a kind look. All painted pieces are also distressed and sanded for a worn look.
Our bases feature mortise and tenon joinery as well as newer techniques such as metal brackets and machine threaded inserts and bolts. Sliders and other hardware are used to allow for wood movement, which is so critical in solid wood furniture.
Determining the best Size Carolina Farmhouse Coffee or End Table for your space:
Creating your living space in your house is one of the most important things you can do to personalize it and make it a “home”. This includes creating the right balance of furniture and negative space. Do you have a clean, modern aesthetic, or have more of a bohemian vibe in mind? As you look around your room, consider the amount of space you have to work with and choose your table size accordingly. Take good measurements and factor in the furniture you have in the room such as couches, entertainment centers, decorative pieces, as well as envisioning any pieces you may add down the road.
