When asked by Alleghany High School if we wanted to mentor a local student, we were a little hesitant because we didn’t know if we would find just the right fit. There are lots of things to consider when taking on a student internship, such as safety, common sense and maturity level. We were pleased when Jacob Roten walked through our shop doors. Chris, one of our lead guys, has taken him under his wing. And Jacob has proved himself as being eager to learn, an active helper and mature.
